Conditions of changes and returns

Any return or exchange of items can only be made within 14 days of receiving the order.

All returned items must be in original/unopened condition, with original packaging, or the return will be refused.

If you receive a defective item, please email us a photo of the item as proof, and we will offer you a free replacement as compensation once the item is confirmed to be defective. Goods are classed as faulty if they are received in a damaged condition or where a manufacturing defect is noted in the items. Please note that items damaged as a result of improper use and mishandling by customers are not considered faulty.

If you ordered the wrong size, product, color, or simply want to exchange the item, we can also allow a return. You are responsible for the shipping fee and we will refund the original cost of the product upon receipt of the returned item. All shipping fees are non-refundable, and please note that any additional charges incurred for an exchange or return (for example, reshipping cost, reshipping cost, duties and taxes) will be at your expense.

I did not receive items

If the package is delivered, but you don't receive it, check your mailbox, front door, or any other place the package would be. Otherwise, you will have to report the loss to the post office.

If the package was not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address, the carriers will destroy it instead of returning it, because we do not pay for return shipping. Please make sure you leave the correct address so that you can receive the package.

For returned items, we will check whether they are in good condition or not once we receive the returned package, and then we will process the refund to your account (within 48 hours) according to the return terms.
